Bel Air’s Tartan Theatre Troupe, under the direction of Pablo Jasso, presented the horror classic, “Dracula” Oct. 30-Nov. 1 in the Tartan Theatre, assisted by former Bel Air student Joel Anguiano. Argus videographer Stephanie Arenas captured the essence of the play.
